JBR Beach is located in the Dubai Marina, it is best known for it's popular promenade, attracting all kinds of A-list celebrities. This beach is completely free to visit for all residents and tourists. You can shop your favourite brands, enjoy fine seaside dining at some of the most highly rated restaurants such as; Eat Greek Kouzina JBR, Bosporus Turkish Cuisine, The Cheesecake Factory. These are just a few of the high end restaurants here at JBR.
You can also sit back and relax, whilst topping up your golden glow. Just throw down your towel on the soft sand for free and soak in all the amazing views. My favourite in particular is the view of Ain Dubai after dark, it's insane, perfect for a scenic stroll! You can also catch an epic drone show followed by the most breath taking fireworks display. This beach has got it all!
If you're feeling slightly more adventurous, you can take part in some exhilarating water sports. There's floating inflatable fun, snorkelling, jet ski's, parasailing and so much more available for you and your family to enjoy. You can spend all day in the sea enjoying the lively atmosphere, and then head to one of the many free wash/shower rooms available to freshen up. Preparing yourself for a delicious sophisticated meal in the evening along The Walk.

The variety of restaurants and cafe's here are endless. Borbone Pizzeria & Cafe, Taqado Mexican, Good Life Cafe, Circle Cafe Kite Beach are all just a small handful of some of the locals favourites. Perfect to fill your families hungry bellies after a fun day at the beach. There are multiple shower rooms you can use here, free of charge, so you can enjoy your scrumptious meal feeling as fresh as a daisy.
If sports isn't your thing, that's okay too. You can sit back and relax on the silky pristine sand, whilst soaking in the gorgeous views of the famous Burj Al Arab against the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Islands Beach is one of the quieter beaches here in Dubai. It has a super calm atmosphere that will bring you peace and ultimate relaxation under the Arabian sun. This is another brilliant beach to soak up some fun and go kitesurfing with your friends and family. That includes your fury friends too, as this is an animal friendly beach! All whilst feeling super safe, thanks to the lifeguards on duty.
Feel free vibes are soaring the air through this beach, free Sunbeds, free umbrellas, free parking... what's not to love? It's best to make the most of that free parking and bring your car along with a big picnic basket filled with all your favourite sandwiches as there aren't any restaurants close to the beach. However, there is a local Starbucks and delicious Ice-cream stand to keep you cool and hydrated throughout the day.

Glorious La Mer Beach... its picturesque landscapes are flawless for your top tier Instagram photoshoot. The crystal clear water makes swimming irresistible and the calmness of the waves is perfect for paddlebording. If you're looking for a quiet, private afternoon away from the city atmosphere, then you've found your paradise.
Although, if you're looking for a nice place to shop or a sit down meal then this isn't the place for you. All the shops and restaurants here have actually been closed down for renovations to be made later into 2024. In the mean time, there are pop up food trucks scattered around and ice cream stands available to keep guests happy and helping all the Instagramers stay hydrated.
La Mer beach is open 10am to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10am to 12am Thursday to Saturday. You are only allowed to swim until sunset.

The Jumeirah Beach, also known as Nessnass Beach is a much calmer environment for families to enjoy some peace and quiet. It's also suitable for people who would like to practice their kitesurfing skills in a less popular area, compared to the Kite Beach. There are free wash room facilities where you can hose off your sandy toes after a long day of kitesurfing. Kite N Surf are a very popular company on this part of the beach, due to their brilliant training programmes and incredibly friendly staff. Paddleboarding is also available to learn here too.
All of that hard work in the water will work you up an appetite. So it's a good thing that the beach is surrounded in cafe's and restaurants. Some Favourites are Filli Cafe, Odeon Restaurant Market & Catering, Jaow Cafe, and a lovely little Asian Restaurant, Mamafri Restaurant. Again, these are just of few of the many options you will have coming here. There's also a sweet little beach shop full of goodies that you and the children will love.
Nessnass Beach is one of the few beaches that allow you to swim here anytime from dusk till dawn thanks to the bright floodlights and hardworking lifeguards. The perfect way to cool down after a day in the sun.
